- Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed (order may already be in production).
- Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return/refund.
Accepted reasons:
Defective/damaged item (provide photos).
Wrong item shipped (our mistake).
Not eligible:
Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “I changed my mind”).
Incorrect address provided by customer (see Shipping Policy).

Photos of the issue
If it approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times:
UPI/Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days.
PayPal/Credit Cards: 3-7 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items
Customized/personalized POD products (unless defective).
Items damaged by customer (e.g., washed incorrectly).
- Partial Refunds
If returning only part of an order, refunds exclude shipping costs.
