- Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed
1- Your product, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.
2- Customers must provide an unboxing video, product photos, and original packaging for verification.
3- Returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection are not eligible for refunds. That is why in order you should check your measurements with our size chart for perfect fit
4- Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible or when the product is confirmed lost in transit.
5- Orders returned due to incorrect customer information or delivery refusal are not eligible for refunds.
